Operation Guide for Pipe Bending Machine

The KC-K01 device is an electro-hydraulic controlled pipe bender, a compact and mobile numerical control equipment. It is mainly used to push and bend metal pipes or solid metal round bars into the required shapes. It can perform pushing and bending at multiple angles, and the angles can be memorized and saved. It can repeat the previously bent angles. The specially designed molds, in coordination with the servo control, can ensure that the pipeline will not be flattened or suffer other similar issues during the bending process.

Supported materials for pushing and bending: carbon steel pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, solid round bars according to the pipe diameter, etc. The pushing and bending diameter range is: 6-42mm.

Pedal Mode

1. After installing the integrated pushing die on the machine, select the appropriate integrated clamping die and backing die according to the outer diameter of the steel pipe and the bending radius, and install the dies at the designated positions of the machine.

2. Click the power switch to the "ON" position. The power indicator light will turn on, and the machine will enter the startup state within two seconds.

3. After the equipment is powered on, the memory indicator light is off, and at this time, it is in the pedal mode (Pedal mode: When you step on the pedal, the machine starts to work, and when you lift your foot, the machine stops. The left pedal is the bending pedal, and the right pedal is the back-bending pedal. Note that when approaching the bending angle, you need to use a tapping motion to avoid exceeding the required angle.

4. After reaching the required angle, step on the right pedal to retract the pushing die, and then take out the bent pipe. This indicates a successful bending operation

Memory Mode

1. For example, when the angle to be memorized is 90°. After the device is powered on, if the memory indicator light is not on, first adjust the display screen from channel "0" to channel "1". First, step on the pedal to bend the pipe to 90°. Then, press the memory indicator light to turn it on and step on the right pedal to retract the pushing die.

2. Next, angle compensation needs to be carried out for this 90° angle. Place the steel pipe that has just been bent at a 90° angle properly on the pipe bender. Step on the left foot pedal. After the pushing die of the pipe bender automatically pushes to the 90° position and stops, check the condition of the steel pipe. If the steel pipe is loose, it indicates that the angle is too small, and you need to click the "+" button for compensation. If the steel pipe is too tight, it means that the angle is too large at this moment, and click the "-" button for compensation. After the angle compensation, step on the right pedal to retract the pushing die to an appropriate position, and the angle memorization for channel "1" is completed.
