KC-A01丨Electric sleeve pre-assembly & flaring machine

KC-A01 is an electro-hydraulic controlled device that serves a dual purpose of pre-assembly and flaring, and it is mainly used for the pre-assembly and flaring of compression fittings. Compared with manual direct pre-assembly, KC-A01 greatly reduces the pre-assembly time, manpower and costs, and the pre-assembly quality is better and more stable.

The complete set of pre-assembly tools of KC-A01 can process steel pipes of all metric sizes with an outer diameter ranging from 6 to 42 mm. As the outer diameter of the steel pipes varies, the corresponding operating pressure will also change accordingly. Moreover, this pressure value can be adjusted through the pressure adjustment knob, making the device applicable to a variety of application scenarios. Finally, the molds for pre-assembly of different pipe diameters and the molds for flaring equipped with KC-A01 need to be manually replaced.
