Double-edged ferrule

The double-edged ferrule has two cutting edges, which is the main feature distinguishing it from the single-edged ferrule. The two cutting edges have different functions. The first strong cutting edge ensures the firmness required for the positioning of the ferrule, and the subsequent second cutting edge ensures a high level of safety for the connection. With a special design and through processes such as heat treatment, it forms a structure with a relatively high hardness on the outer surface and a softer interior. This enables it to have both good toughness and also guarantees the hardness and sharpness of the cutting edges, making it easy to cut into the steel pipe.
