Compression tube fitting 1CG/1DG

The 1CG is a compression type British standard end straight-through joint, which belongs to a transition joint. On one side, it clamps a steel pipe, and on the other side, it is a cylindrical British standard straight thread joint equipped with a sealing ED ring. It is commonly used in situations where it is necessary to connect hydraulic components or pipelines with British standard thread interfaces, such as in some imported hydraulic equipment or systems that adopt British standard specifications. It can withstand relatively high pressure and generally meets the working pressure requirements of most hydraulic systems. Usually, the pressure resistance range is between 16 and 63 MPa. With the compression type sealing design, when the nut is tightened, the deformation of the compression sleeve makes the outer side of the front end of the compression sleeve fit closely with the conical surface of the joint body, and the inner cutting edge evenly bites into the seamless steel pipe, forming an effective seal, which can effectively prevent the leakage of media such as hydraulic oil.
