Manual Ferrule Pre-installation Machine

The KC-A02 is a portable device that can be used for both pre-installation and flaring. It is mainly used for the pre-installation of ferrules and the flaring of pipes. It includes a hydraulic power unit and a manual pump. Compared with the electric ferrule pre-installation machine, it is more portable and convenient to carry. At the same time, it does not require any other power source, making it suitable for the pre-installation and maintenance of steel pipes in the field.

The KC-A02 device fills the gap between the manual installation tool using a bench vise and the KC-A01. This device requires less workload than the manual pre-installation machine, yet its pre-installation quality is almost the same as that of the KC-A01. It is much more labor-saving than manual pre-installation, and at the same time, it makes up for the possible phenomenon of loose tightening that may occur during direct manual pre-installation, which is particularly evident during the pre-installation of large-diameter pipes.
